ABOUT THE VILLA

The moment you leave the road and enter the estate, you can’t help but notice the silence. The only sound to be heard is the singing of the birds. After 400 meters you arrive at the house.

A true luxury hide out in the woods of Saint Antonin du Var, Provence

situated on 3.6 hectare.

Looking at the interior you might think you are in a trendy loft somewhere in Manhattan rather then in the South of France.

Living, Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The building techniques and choice of materials used in the house to create this luxury hide out are state of the art and carefully chosen to fit nature. Among others the double glazing: hence the silence. The interior is very well thought through with white being the dominant colour. Very much inspired on the work of the Dutch interior designer Piet Boon.

You find in the villa only quality and top luxury, from the Sonos audio system, brand new (silent) air conditioning, to the semi professional BBQ outside. From the  carpenter made built-in wardrobes to the beautiful white shutters on every window. WiFi, HD TV, iMac it is all there.

The spacious ground floor area consist of a modern semi open kitchen (all white, very well equipped: juicer, mixer, brand new China and antique silver cutlery), a dining area and a cosy living.

The living room is airy, light and furnished with luxury designer furniture. Both the kitchen and the living room offer – through the French doors - access to the sunny terrace. The terrace offers a magnificent view over the Provencal fields and hills, and of course 100% privacy.

There are two bedrooms in the villa. Bedroom 1 is the spacious master bedroom with a beautifull ensuite bathroom. Situated on the ground floor (level living). The bed is king size (190x220). Also with a comfortable seating area and LCD TV in the room. The modern bathroom is both luxurious and spacious. (walk in rain shower, toilet and royal bath). The master bedroom also offers access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 is located in a separate appartment and has it's own private entrance . It offers a large double bed (190x220) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

Also on the lower floor is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Pool & Garden

The villa is located in the heart of the estate amongst woods totaling a private propertie of 3.6 hectares. The villa is all about relaxation and privacy. It is set amidst well-kept woods, extensive gardens with 24 olive trees, Pins Parasols, cypress and borders of lavender and rosemary. Outdoor lighting offers a romantic atmosphere in the evening. Around the villa are several seating areas. There is also a covered terrace with a large dining table and a large gas BBQ. The villa has ample parking, a.o. a carport.

The XL private pool is something special. It is equipped with a saltwater system and offers XL style swimming (17 x 6.5 mtr.).  The pool can also be lit during the evening. Of course our poolboy takes care of the pool during your stay.

Out & About

In about 5 minutes by car or appr 20 minutes on food you arrive at the heart of the small village of Saint Antonin du Var. Fresh croissants anyone!

The supermarket is open 7 days a week.

The picturesque village of Lorgues is only  5 kilometers from the villa. It offers the largest Provencal market in the area. For restaurants we recommend Bruno in Lorgues.  Special day trips; You can visit the famous Gorges de Verdon or the beautiful Lac de St. Croix. The seaside (Saint Maxim, Saint Tropez) is about 45 minutes by car.
